5. Order and Purchase Process

5.1 Placing an Order

To place an order, you must:

1. Select the desired products and add them to the shopping cart
2. Fill in shipping and billing details
3. Select payment method
4. Confirm the order

5.2 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation serves only as a receipt and does not constitute final approval of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in the following cases:

• Product is out of stock
• Error in price or description
• Suspicion of fraud or improper use
• Failure to meet payment terms

5.3 Payment

We accept payments via credit cards and other payment methods displayed on the payment page.

All payments are processed through our payment processing service iCount, which ensures secure transactions compliant with PCI DSS standards.

Billing will occur upon order confirmation. In case of cancellation or return, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Shipping

6.1 Shipping Areas

We ship throughout Israel via external courier companies or Israel Post.

6.2 Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping – For orders ₪249 and above
• Standard Shipping – ₪25 for orders under ₪249

6.3 Delivery Times

• Free Shipping – 2-5 business days
• Standard Shipping – 3-6 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and do not constitute a commitment. Delays in shipping due to force majeure or conditions beyond our control are not our responsibility.

6.4 Shipping Responsibility

Responsibility for handling the product transfers to the customer upon delivery. We recommend checking the package immediately upon receipt and reporting any damage within 48 hours.

7. Returns and Cancellations

7.1 Right of Cancellation

According to the Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

7.2 Return Conditions

To return a product, you must meet the following conditions:

• The product has not been used and is in original condition
• The original packaging is intact and undamaged
• The product includes all original accessories and tags
• For jewelry products – the packaging has not been opened (for hygiene reasons)

7.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at Support@kinzoku.store within 14 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product.

The cost of shipping the returned product will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or sent in error.

7.4 Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund within 14 business days to the original payment method.

If the product does not meet the return conditions, we will notify you and offer to return the product to you (at your expense) or keep it with us without a refund.

7.5 Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not returnable:

• Customized or specially manufactured products
• Products on special sale or outlet sale
• Gift cards

8. Product Warranty

8.1 Warranty Period

All KINZOKU products come with a warranty for a period of 180 days (6 months) from the date of purchase, subject to the detailed warranty terms.

8.2 Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and materials only. It does not cover:

• Damage resulting from normal wear and tear
• Damage resulting from improper use or negligence
• Scratches, natural oxidation, or color change over time
• Lost or stolen products
• Damage caused by a third party or unauthorized repair

8.3 Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, contact Support@kinzoku.store with photos of the product and order details. We will review the request and respond within 2-4 business days.
